Victoria RadioWorks, LLC, is the owner and licensee of the following radio stations operating in common studio-office facilities at 3613 North Main Street, Victoria, Texas, 77901:
KNAL(FM), Port Lavaca, Texas
KVNN(AM), Victoria, Texas
KBAR-FM, Victoria, Texas
KVIC(FM), Victoria, Texas
KITE(AM), Victoria, Texas
During the period covered by this report (April 1, 2020 – March 21, 2021), there were no employment openings. Had there been, the position or positions would have been advertised on-air by all five stations, on the stations' bulletin-board, on-line at the job-site of the Texas Association of Broadcasters (TAB), and in the wide-area daily newspaper serving the Victoria-Port Lavaca market (Victoria Advocate).
No offers of employment were made during the period.
During the same period, ownership, on behalf of the stations, participated with The Marti Foundation, a private, non-profit organization providing scholarships to Texas young people pursuing college education in fields of study preparing them for careers in broadcasting (including business administration and arts and science majors).
Traditionally the stations during the third or fourth week of March each year host a three-day Afternoon and After-Hours Open House Job-Fair with management, senior staff members, and ownership giving tours, describing job functions, employment opportunities, answering inquiries, and accepting resumes and applications. Due to the social gathering limitations brought about by the CoronaVirus outbreak, the 2020 VRW Job Fair was cancelled, and 2021 VRW Job-Fair is yet to be scheduled until such time as it will be safe for people to interact in person.
